Nevada Premier Properties is owned by long-time resident, Sharon Swanson. Her dear friend, Jan Sparks, passed away in 2006.

Throughout her life, Jan Sparks was an inspiration to many people. Her kind nature and gentle spirit, touched all who knew her.

It is her memory that motivates and sustains this organization. We are committed to support of the local charities. In this time of hardship for so many, the local organizations need more help! By collecting outgrown, unused or un-needed items - we can turn furniture, clothing , sports equipment, and everyday goods into cash for local charities.
